Grand Teton Research provides financial support for Mark Mitchell’s research and teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business since 2017. Mark was previously a finance professor at The University of Chicago (1990-1999) and Harvard University (1999-2003) where he authored numerous research papers about mergers & acquisitions, corporate arbitrage, and many other economics and finance topics. During Mark’s full-time tenure at Chicago and Harvard, he won four paper-of-the-year awards and five teaching awards. He continues to be actively involved in academic research.
