Grand Teton Properties

Grand Teton Properties, LLC owns 52 acres of land, improved waterways, and residential buildings in Jackson, Wyoming. The property was formerly ranch land, only five minutes from the city limits of Jackson, and most of the land has been placed in conservation. Grand Teton Properties was formed in 2014 contemporaneous with the land purchase, planning for the residential structures commenced in 2015 and was largely completed in 2020. The property is enhanced by a trout creek bordering one side of the property and five ponds. Grand Teton Properties will consider future opportunistic land purchases, primarily in the Jackson WY area.

Linda Rabel manages the ranch property (3845 3 Creek Drive) owned by Grand Teton Properties, LLC, at the Club at Three Creek in Jackson, Wyoming. For several years prior, on behalf of the Mitchells, Linda also managed properties in Fairlee, Vermont (the former 100+ acre estate of Milton Friedman) and Six Mile, South Carolina, at The Cliffs in Keowee Springs. Before that, Linda had a lengthy career in fast-food management.
