Grand Teton Arbitrage Management, LLC (formed in 2015) provides proprietary research support to CNH Capital Management, LLC on behalf of AQR Arbitrage, LLC. The research support by Grand Teton Arbitrage Management, LLC entails the development and refinement of corporate arbitrage databases and the empirical analysis of the various databases to document the risk and return to corporate arbitrage strategies. AQR Arbitrage was co-founded by Mark Mitchell and has been managing corporate arbitrage strategies since 2001. These arbitrage strategies include convertible arbitrage, event-driven arbitrage, and merger arbitrage. AQR Arbitrage is 50% owned by AQR Capital Management and 50% owned by CNH Capital Management (Mark Mitchell and Todd Pulvino are the primary owners).
